How Layaway Works at Article Consignment

Layaway is available for your use on any items that are $100 or more. Put down 30% to secure your items in layaway.

Our layaway has a 60 day term which starts on the date you made your 30% down payment.

Make sure to pay off your balance on or before your expiration date otherwise your fabulous items go back into our inventory for sale and … bummer, we aren’t able to return any payments made towards your layaway.

And ummm… no, we will not adjust the price for you in the event that any item due to its category or consignment date ends up in a price drop situation.

Layaway is a contract and the total amount due at the beginning of the contract is the total amount that has to be paid. Thanks for understanding!

This is a just an overview of our layaway. The actual layaway agreement is available at both of our stores or if you’re not local, please email us and we can email you an Agreement to sign and return if we will be shipping your purchases.
